Daniel Ricci has over two decades of experience in quality management and clinical compliance within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Inspection Management in the Chief Medical Office at Bayer since July 2007, Daniel has held multiple leadership positions, including Senior Director and Director of Quality Strategy and Inspection Intelligence. Prior to Bayer, Daniel worked as a Senior Clinical Compliance Officer at Organon Pharmaceuticals and as Manager of Clinical Quality Assurance at Eisai Medical Research. Daniel's career began at TKL Research, where responsibilities included quality assurance.
