David Morgenstern

David Morgenstern is a Senior Fellow at Bayer, specializing in catalyst development, process and synthetic chemistry, and agrochemical formulations. Previously, they served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 1993 to 1996, focusing on green chemistry in supercritical carbon dioxide. Before joining Bayer in 2018, they spent over two decades at Monsanto as a Senior Fellow in new formulations, where they contributed to agrochemical formulation development and catalyst development. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from Purdue University.
