Daynna Castro

Daynna Castro has extensive experience in strategic network management and project leadership within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Latam Network Strategy Manager at Bayer since August 2018. In this role, Daynna is responsible for optimizing the production network's efficiency and performance, developing strategic plans aligned with business objectives, and facilitating growth through infrastructure development. Previous roles include Project Manager, Senior Business Consultant, and Senior Process Engineer, where Daynna focused on strategic project management, financial oversight, and process improvement initiatives. Daynna also has experience at Monsanto Company and Cargill, complemented by a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Business Strategies from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, alongside a Chemical Engineering degree and additional studies in process optimization and language.
