Debanjan (Deb) Das is a Senior Associate Director and Science Fellow at Bayer Global R&D, specializing in innovative product development with over 20 years of experience. They have successfully developed more than 40 commercially uniquely branded products, with a current research focus on Self-Nano Emulsifying Drug Delivery Systems for intranasal drug delivery targeting the brain. Previously, Deb led product development teams at notable companies, including Contract Pharmaceuticals Limited and Fleet Laboratories, managing substantial innovation budgets and delivering advanced drug delivery systems. They earned a notable education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management.
