Deepika Phoha

Deepika Phoha currently serves as the Head of Marketing and Growth Strategy at both Bayer and Envu since May 2021. Previously, Deepika held the position of Brand Manager at Asian Paints from June 2012 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing 360 marketing initiatives tailored for architects and interior designers. Deepika began a career as an Insurance Executive at PPMS from July 2005 to July 2007 and later worked as an Assistant Manager in Marketing at ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd from May 2010 to September 2011, focusing on digital, customer service, and print marketing. Deepika earned an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Symbiosis International University between 2008 and 2010.
