Derek Staebell is currently the Head of Specification Management for Commercial Products at Bayer Crop Science, where they deliver strategic direction for global Quality programs. With a robust background in quality management spanning multiple industries, they have previously held leadership roles at companies including Monsanto, Centocor, and Tyson Foods, where they fostered continuous improvement and collaborative environments. Derek holds a Master's Certificate in Drug Development from Temple University and an MBA from Lindenwood University, complemented by a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
