Doug Wiese

Doug Wiese, CPP, is a seasoned global security leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Security, Fire and Safety at Volkswagen of America, Inc. With extensive experience in directing security operations across both international and domestic landscapes, Doug has successfully managed corporate investigations, executive protection, and risk mitigation strategies. Prior to this, Doug held key positions at Bayer and Monsanto, where they developed comprehensive security programs and coordinated with law enforcement and corporate teams. Doug began their career as a Police Officer with the St. Louis County Police Department, where they honed their tactical and crisis management skills. Doug holds a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and completed training at the St. Louis County Police Academy.
