Duncan has held leadership roles at Henkel and Bayer Crop Science, where they implemented innovative strategies that greatly enhanced logistics, procurement, and supply planning. They hold an MBA in Strategy and Supply Chain Management from the University of Nairobi and a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Mathematics from Moi University.
