Dylan Kasprzyk

Dylan Kasprzyk is a seasoned Test Engineer with 20 years of experience in FDA regulated manufacturing environments. Recent work includes designing custom test systems and developing software applications for automated assembly processes at Bayer, where they currently hold the position of Staff Engineer in Test Acceptance and Validation. Previously, Dylan worked at Philips as a Defect Investigation Technician and Test Engineer. Educated at Penn State University, they hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology, along with earlier studies in Environmental Science at Allegheny College. Dylan is passionate about collaborative automation, machine learning, and IoT, and excels in interdisciplinary teamwork and data-driven decision making.
