Elias Epp, PhD, is the Senior Director and Head of the Quality Team for PV Audits at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, Elias worked in various positions at Bayer Pharmaceuticals from 2020 to 2024, including Head of Medical Affairs & Commercial Audit Management and Senior Global CAPA Manager. They also contributed to the Government of Canada as an Animal Care Committee Member from 2009 to 2011 and served as a Teaching Assistant at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and McGill University during their academic career.
