Ellen Cnudde

Ellen Cnudde is currently a DSO Catalyst for Enabling Functions at Bayer, a role they began in 2023 after serving as the Head of GBS Strategy and Value Realization from 2022 to 2023. Prior to their time at Bayer, they worked at EY from 2015 to 2018, where they held various positions in Business Transformation, focusing on redesigning Target Operating Models and improving business processes. Ellen is currently pursuing degrees in Business and Economics at Stellenbosch University, Commerce and Business at Rhodes College, and a Master of Science in Applied Economics at the University of Antwerp.
