Emily Couch is an innovative leader in the agriculture industry, committed to the mission of "Health for All, Hunger for None." With a formal background in Food Science, Emily began a career in Food Manufacturing, honing leadership skills over four years while managing production teams. Transitioning to Beer Manufacturing, Emily played a pivotal role in Quality Assurance at a notable craft brewery in Saint Louis. This experience led to a leadership position managing a Risk Management program for Row Crops at Bayer and further into Supply Chain management, where Emily successfully redesigned a Distribution Network. Currently, Emily serves as the NA ANZ CS FI Transformation Manager at Bayer, leading Project and Change Management initiatives and overseeing training programs for stakeholders.
