Emily Reeves currently serves as the Head of Product Supply Rotational Programs at Bayer, having held various roles since June 2018, including Program Manager and Change Manager within Global Operational Excellence. Prior experience includes a Global Supply Chain Rotational Associate position at Monsanto Company, alongside internships at AmeriPride Services and Energizer Holdings, where key contributions involved production scheduling, data analysis, and supplier communication. Emily began a career in customer service at Bank of Bloomsdale and developed managerial skills as a lifeguard at Crystal City Pool, complemented by a sales role at Famous Footwear. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management with a Finance Minor, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Missouri State University.
