Emma Carter

Emma Carter is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Head of HR for Bayer in the UK and Ireland since June 2018, Emma oversees HR operations and also previously fulfilled the role of HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Emma spent over a decade at Valeo as the UK HR Manager and Compensation & Benefits Manager for Northern Europe, where responsibilities included managing multiple HR teams and overseeing employee compensation across several countries. Emma began the HR career at Land Rover, taking on various roles, including HR Consultant, where contributions spanned employee relations, business operations, and recruitment. Emma holds a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management from Solihull College and a 2.1 degree in History & American Studies from Keele University.
