Eric Kersul is a seasoned business unit lead with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the agricultural and consumer health sectors. They served as a Business Director for Crop Science in Brazil at Bayer in 2022 and held multiple director-level positions in consumer health, including leading customer excellence for the LATAM region. Prior to their tenure at Bayer, they worked at Reckitt Benckiser as a National Key Account Manager and held leadership positions in market execution and channel management. Eric's career also includes a role as Sales Director at Boehringer Ingelheim in Brazil. They hold a graduate degree in sales, merchandising, and marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, completed in 2009.
