Ericka Havecker

Ericka Havecker is currently the Custom Solutions Lead at Bayer Crop Science and has held the position since 2018. They also serve as the Custom Solutions Lead in the Sequencing Field at Monsanto, where they lead a group focused on genomics solutions using Next Generation sequencing. Ericka was a Project Lead/Research Scientist at Monsanto from 2012 to 2016, and before that, they conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Cambridge and The Sainsbury Laboratory, specializing in RNAi and Argonaute biology. They earned a PhD in Genetics from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Truman State University.
