Esther Kellner

Esther Kellner has an extensive background in environmental management, quality assurance, and project management within the agricultural and consulting sectors. Currently, Esther serves as the Head of QHSE at Bayer CropScience Schweiz AG and has held roles such as Global Lead Remediation for Bayer AG and Head of Process Support & Quality Control at the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal Consultant and Project Manager at ERM in Southern Africa, where management of complex mining projects and environmental assessments was key. Earlier roles also include a Senior Environmental Consultant at ERM GmbH and a Quality and Environmental Management Representative at BAUER Group. Esther holds a Diplom in Geoökologie from Universität Bayreuth, awarded with distinction.
