Fabian Correa is currently the Gerente de SSHE at Bayer Perú, where they lead the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental teams across operations in Peru. They have extensive experience, including their roles as Jefe de Seguridad Industrial y Medio Ambiente at Etex Building Performance and Coordinador de MASS at PepsiCo Perú. Fabian holds a degree in Ingeniería en Prevención de Riesgos from Universidad Tecnológica de Chile and an MBA in Ética y Responsabilidad Social Empresarial from CENTRUM Graduate Business School. With a strong background in safety regulations and risk management, Fabian has trained HSE teams across multiple countries in Latin America and has actively contributed to various safety certifications and programs.
