Felipe Albuquerque

Felipe Albuquerque is an accomplished professional in the sustainability and agricultural sectors, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability for Bayer in LATAM. With a strong background in business development as a New Business Development Executive in Carbon Ventures, Felipe has also held key roles at Monsanto Company, including Brazil Soybean Marketing Pipeline Manager and Brazil Soybean Pre Foundation Production Lead. Additional experience includes serving as the Brazil Agroeste Soybean Business Manager and Technical Sales Representative for Soybeans and Cotton. Felipe's career began at Raizen SA as a Cultural Practices Supervisor and at Cosan as a Junior Engineer in Mechanized Planting. Felipe earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering from Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" and recently completed an Executive MBA in ESG from Ibmec.
