Fernando Rodríguez

Fernando Rodríguez is currently the Engineering Team Lead at Bayer, where they oversee the engineering team responsible for executing investment projects within the Crop Science Crop Protection division. With previous experience as the Project Management and Engineering IEC Head at Bayer de Mexico, they managed discipline engineering and project management for capital projects in various manufacturing facilities. Rodríguez holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad La Salle, A.C., and a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Tecnológica de México.
