Florence Allain is currently a Scientific Advisor in Ophthalmology for Bayer, serving the North-East region of France since 2022. They previously held postdoctoral fellowships at the Douglas Mental Health Institute from 2019 to 2021 and at the Centre de recherche en biomédecine de Strasbourg from 2021 to 2022. Florence completed a PhD at the Université de Montréal, where they studied from 2013 to 2018, and they earned a Master's degree in Biology from Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI) in 2012, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Université de Caen Basse Normandie in 2009.
