Florian Meinhard is currently the Value Stream Lead Drug Substance for EYLEA at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. With a strong focus on product lifecycle management and project leadership, Florian has built a reputation for structuring complex tasks and transparent decision-making. Previously, Florian worked at Roche as a Pharmaceutical R&D User Representative, Investment & Tech-Transfer Project Leader, and in Parenteral Engineering. Florian also served as a Senior Technical Project Manager and Program Lead for EYLEA at Bayer from 2021 to 2023. Florian holds a Master’s degree in Therapeutische Technologie from Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Pharma Ingenieurwesen from Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe.
