Frank Strelow

Frank Strelow is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Family Planning at Bayer since July 2018. In this role, Strelow leads a global team focused on enhancing contraceptive choices and gender equality, providing low-cost, high-quality products to women and girls in low- and middle-income countries. Previously, Strelow held the position of VP, Head of Sustainability at Bayer, where responsibilities included overseeing the Access to Medicine strategy and access programs for various health concerns. Strelow's career at Bayer spans various roles, including Manager of Business Operations for the Middle East, Iran, and Ukraine, and VP of Commercial Processes and Enablers, further establishing commercial capabilities. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in women's health marketing and sales at Bayer Vital GmbH and Schering Deutschland GmbH, along with foundational positions in sales and research. Strelow earned a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry from the Technical University of Berlin.
