Frederic Mignon

Frederic Mignon is a young agronomist currently serving as an Assistant Crop Manager for Cucumber and Melon at Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds, where they manage crop protection, fertigation, and climate control in controlled environments. They previously held roles such as Assistant Plantation Manager for Hevea at Socfin in Liberia and served as a Capacity Planning Manager at Swissport Belgium. Frederic has also gained experience as an Academical Assistant at Experimental Farm HoGent-UGent and as a Data Analyst for the European AIDS Treatment Group. They hold a Master’s degree in Bioscience Engineering with a focus on Agriculture and Horticulture from Ghent University.
