Gary Allen is a senior commercial and operations executive with a 25-year record of success in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Bayer HealthCare Commercial Operations, Gary built the company’s first-ever US commercial operations department, managing over 140 team members across multiple functional areas. Previously, they held leadership roles at Bone Care International, Allos Therapeutics, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals, demonstrating expertise in sales, marketing, and strategic analysis. Gary is also pursuing bachelor's and master’s degrees in biology and marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
