Prior to this, Geoff Kelley worked at BioLab Inc. as Technology Group Leader from January 2003 to May 2009 and held the position of Production Engineer at BASF (American Cyanamid Co.) from 1995 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Memphis (1987-1990) and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Chemistry from the University of Liverpool (1982-1985).
