George Clements

George Clements currently serves as Site Lead for Cotton Quality Labs at Bayer since October 2020. Clements has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, having held various roles at Monsanto Company, including Operations Supervisor, Prefoundation Soybean Supply Planner, and Production Lead. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Project Connect Team Member at Brown-Forman and earlier roles at Monsanto where responsibilities ranged from seed production to quality control management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Science and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from the University of Kentucky.
