Gregory Dalton is an experienced engineer with a strong background in quality and manufacturing engineering. They have held significant roles at companies such as Bayer, where they served as Principal Engineer - Global Quality Lead, and Medela, Inc., as Global Supplier Quality Manager. Gregory's expertise in process validation and supplier quality systems has contributed to numerous efficiency improvements and compliance with industry standards. Currently, Gregory is pursuing an MBA in Organizational Leadership at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. Outside of their professional endeavors, they are a devoted husband and father to two sons.
