Hannah Actor-Engel

Hannah Actor-Engel, PhD, currently serves as a Medical Writer at Bayer since January 2025, with prior experience as a Medical Writer at The Med Writers, where over 100 medical writings were created for 14 clients across various therapeutic areas. Hannah has academic experience as a Neuroscience Instructor at Columbia University, where an "Introduction to Neuroscience" course was developed and taught. Hannah holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where research focused on neuronal communication and its impact on behavior, alongside earlier research roles at institutions like New York University and Burke Rehabilitation Center. Additionally, event coordination and outreach activities were conducted at Pint of Science and the Not Impossible BrainWriter Event.
