Heather Russo

Heather Russo is an Employee Benefits Executive with nearly 30 years of experience in Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Leaves of Absence, and Health and Wellness programs. Currently, they serve as the Head of North America Total Reward Operations at Bayer, and have held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Director of Benefits at ChenMed and multiple senior management positions at The Walt Disney Company. Heather is recognized for program development, vendor relationship management, and fostering collaborative teams, and is known for their analytical thinking focused on inclusivity and removing barriers for employees. They earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Applied Actuarial Mathematics from Bryant University.
