Hemareddy HB currently serves as the Global Pipeline Assessment and Guidance Lead at Bayer, where responsibilities include developing strategies and processes for defining product pipelines and utilizing metrics to enhance global product performance. Previously, at Bayer Crop Science, Hemareddy held the position of Head of Canola, OSR & Rice Product Design, focusing on leadership in seed and trait product development through advanced data science and breeding techniques. Prior experience includes leading hybrid breeding efforts for Asia at Monsanto Company and serving as a Principal Research Scientist at DuPont Pioneer. Hemareddy's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Genetics and Plant Breeding from the University of Agricultural Sciences in Bangalore.
