Jae Seo

Jae Seo is an Associate Director of Supplier Quality Management at Bayer, bringing over 10 years of experience in Quality Systems and compliance within the FDA-regulated industry. Jae has a strong background in managing quality for contract manufacturers and has played a key role in the transition and launch of medical devices. Prior to their current role, Jae held positions at companies such as Abbott Labs, Maquet Getinge Group, and Becton, Dickinson and Company, where they contributed to product development, quality compliance, and process validation. Jae earned a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
