Jake Hartmann

Jake Hartmann is the Director of U.S. Field Service Quality & Technical Operations at Bayer, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Associate Director of Regional Service at Bayer Pharmaceuticals from 2014 to 2023 and gained experience as a Field Service Supervisor and Engineer at Medrad from 2011 to 2014. Their career includes roles as a Field Service Technician at ScriptPro and an Electronic Technician at Shawnee Power Systems. Jake is a veteran of the United States Army Reserve, where they worked as a CH 47 Chinook Helicopter Maintenance Supervisor from 2002 to 2010. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry University between 1999 and 2002.
