Jan Holan

Jan Holan is a highly experienced Scientific Manager and Senior Principal Scientist, currently leading the Process and Scale-up Development Lab at Bayer since 2022. Jan previously served as the Scientific Lead in Preformulation at Johnson & Johnson, where they designed experiments and contributed to drug development strategies. With a strong background in solid dosage formulation and crystallization, Jan has also held positions at Sanofi and other organizations, showcasing expertise in pharmaceutical processes. Jan holds a Master's and a PhD in Drug Synthesis and Production and Chemical Engineering from the University of Chemistry and Technology Prague.
