Jannika Kaikkonen

Jannika Kaikkonen is currently the Head of Public Affairs Finland at Bayer, where they utilize their extensive expertise in politics, public affairs, and EU and trade policy. Previously, Jannika served as a Senior Adviser in trade policy and entrepreneurship at the Confederation of Finnish Industries from 2018 to 2021 and was a Special Adviser to the Minister of Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Employment and the Economy from 2015 to 2018. Their career also includes experience as an International Officer with Suomen Keskusta r.p. from 2012 to 2015. Jannika holds a Master of Social Sciences in Political History from the University of Helsinki, as well as degrees in Public Administration from Åbo Akademi and Chinese Language from Fudan University.
