Currently serving as the Crop Protection Lead for Asia at Bayer, Jannis has also held various roles within the company, including VP of Asset Management APAC and Global Segment Manager for Soybean Fungicides. Jannis earned an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Strategy from the China Europe International Business School and previously obtained a BA in Business Administration from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft. With a strong background in negotiation and communication, Jannis embraces the complexities of modern agriculture.
