Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith is a Senior Project Manager and Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer at Bayer Crop Science, where they manage plant capital projects and lead design and startup teams for large projects. They previously owned Smith Engineering and worked as an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer at W.H. Manufacturing, where they developed patented systems and designed electrical control systems for global road construction equipment. Jeff began their career as an Electrical Engineer at Nielson Engineering, serving clients across the U.S. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Idaho, earned in 1991.
