Jeff Stein has extensive experience in the field of plant biotechnology, currently serving as Science Lead at Bayer Crop Science since June 2011, with previous roles including Platform Lead for Controlled Environment Product Development, Plant Pathology Assays Lead, and Greenhouse Scientist. Prior to this, Jeff held the position of Associate Professor at South Dakota State University from September 2004 to May 2011, and was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Texas A&M University from October 2002 to August 2004. Educationally, Jeff Stein earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Plant Pathology/Phytopathology from Michigan State University in 2002, following a Bachelor's degree in Botany and Plant Pathology from the same institution in 1997.
