Jeff Thomason is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in qualification engineering and process improvement. Since January 2006, Jeff has been with Bayer, serving as a Senior Principal Specialist in Qualification Engineering and previously as a Principal Validation Engineer, focusing on the requalification of autoclaves and controlled temperature environments. Prior to Bayer, Jeff held positions at Flint Group as an HVAC/Refrigeration Engineer and at DiCon Fiberoptics as a Sales Director. Earlier career experiences include technology consulting at Arthur D. Little with a specialization in manufacturing improvement and a role as a Process Engineer at USS-POSCO Industries. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
