Jens Hartmann is the Head of the Crop Science Division for the Region Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Bayer, where they focus on driving business growth through digitized climate-smart innovations. With over 30 years of extensive experience across Africa, Asia, and the Pacific, Jens has held various leadership roles that have equipped them with valuable insights into the agricultural industry. Additionally, Jens currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for CropLife Europe, advocating for a more resilient and sustainable agricultural system. Jens is a graduate of Bayer's Wirtschaftsassistent program and has completed leadership courses at Harvard Business School.
