Jerry Chen

Jerry Chen is the Head of Quality at Bayer's Beijing Medical Device manufacturing site, where they are currently setting up the new facility. With over 15 years of experience in multinational corporations, Jerry has a strong background in Electrical/Electronics and medical device industries. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics and a Master's degree in Business Administration, along with several professional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO 13485 Lead Auditor. Previously, Jerry has held various quality management roles at Bayer, Kyocera Mita, and Schneider Electric, demonstrating expertise in supplier quality, project management, and continuous improvement.
