JiHa Kim is currently the Crop Protection Production Site Lead at Bayer CropScience Korea and has been with the company since 2024. Previously, they served as the APAC VS PS Manufacturing Excellence Lead from 2022 to 2025, overseeing Bayer's vegetable seed processing sites across the APAC region. JiHa gained extensive experience at Monsanto Company from 2014 to 2016 in various leadership roles focused on innovation and seed technology. They hold a PhD in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Korea University and two degrees in Agricultural and Horticultural Plant Breeding from Chung-Ang University.
