Joe Cleary served as the Director and Counsel for US State Government Relations at Bayer Corporation from 2002 until retirement, with additional experience as Counsel for Life Science Policy from 2017 to 2019. Prior to joining Bayer, Joe was a Regional Director of Law & Government Affairs at AT&T from 1977 to 2002. Joe holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from George Mason University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Stonehill College, where they continue their education.
