Joe Mack

Joe Mack is an accomplished compliance and investigations attorney, currently serving as Senior Compliance Counsel at Bayer US LLC. They have held the position of Vice President and Head of the US Office of Compliance at Bayer and previously worked at the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of New Jersey, where they served as Deputy Chief of the Health Care and Government Fraud Unit. Joe began their legal career as an associate at White & Case and later Linklaters. They earned a BBA in Accounting and a JD from Pace University, completing their studies in 1998 and 2001, respectively.
