John Creek serves as the VP of R&D Development at Bayer Consumer Health Innovation Centers, overseeing product development and customer-focused innovation programs in North America and globally. Prior to this, John held various leadership roles at RB, including Global Category R&D Director for Cough/Cold and Vice-President for R&D Development, where strategic initiatives in disruptive innovation and market entry were implemented. John began their career at Penn State University as a Graduate Assistant, earning a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, following a BS in Chemical Engineering from Washington and Lee University.
