John Creek

John Creek is an experienced leader in research and development, currently serving as Vice President for R&D Development at Bayer's Consumer Health Innovation Centers in North America and Alcala, Spain. With a strong background in driving customer-focused innovation programs, Creek has held significant roles, including VP R&D Development for Bayer in Morristown and Global Category R&D Director for the Allergy portfolio. Prior to Bayer, Creek contributed to Reckitt as Global Category R&D Director for Cough/Cold and R&D Director for Global Health Disruptive Innovation, achieving substantial growth through innovative product strategies. Creek began an academic career as a Graduate Assistant at Penn State University, holding a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Washington and Lee University.
