John Pace is a results-driven sales, marketing, and operations leader currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Operations & Strategic Enablement for the Radiology Region Americas at Bayer. Previously, they held roles such as Deputy Director of Business Operations and Head of Business Operations at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where they focused on enhancing team performance and operational excellence. John has a strong track record of creating high-performing teams, implementing successful training programs, and driving strategic initiatives that have resulted in significant revenue growth. They hold a BA in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College and are currently enrolled in the Business Management Program at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
