Jonathan Rowbury

Jonathan Rowbury is currently the Head of Regional Learning Consultancy (EU) at Bayer. They manage training and development activities at Dr. Notghi Contract Research GmbH in Berlin, where they established the Dr. Notghi Academy to offer high-quality training solutions. Jonathan has held previous positions, including Training Manager at Dr. Notghi and Learning and Development Consultant at PAREXEL International, where they designed and delivered management training programs. They hold a BA in Theology and Philosophy from the University of Exeter.
