Joseph Bluck has extensive experience in computational molecular design and structural biology, having worked at Bayer from December 2019 to January 2022 in various roles, including Senior Scientist, Associate Principal Scientist, and Principal Scientist. Prior to this, Joseph was a DPhil student at the University of Oxford from October 2015 to December 2019, focusing on molecular dynamics and free energy calculations in medicinal chemistry under the supervision of a professor. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Chemistry (MChem) from the University of Oxford, completed in 2015, and a DPhil in Systems Approaches to Biomedical Science, specializing in Computational Drug Design, which was earned in 2020.
