Josh Kalafut

Josh Kalafut, CSP, is the Associate Director of HSE, Security, and Facilities at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where they have worked since 2013. With a background as a Safety Manager in the construction and manufacturing industries, Josh has honed skills in Environmental, Health, and Safety management. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Waynesburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Safety and Environmental Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Prior to their current role, Josh served as a Senior Safety Consultant and interned at Nalco Chemical.
