Previous roles at Compass Minerals, The Climate Corporation, and Monsanto Company involved launching successful products, managing substantial business units, and developing critical agricultural technologies. Josh holds an M.B.A. from Iowa State University, a Master's in Crop Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor's in Agricultural Biochemistry from Iowa State University.
